These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through our website www.luxlox.ie. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, slight variations in color, texture, or length may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or the natural characteristics of human hair.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in euro and are subject to change without notice.
 Payment must be made in full at checkout using the accepted payment methods listed on our site. Orders will not ship until payment is received and verified.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another once it ships.

5. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected method. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, returns are only accepted on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

7. Product Use & Maintenance

Our hair extensions are high-quality products that require proper care. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, coloring, or handling after purchase.

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
