Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our hair extensions and want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Please review our refund terms carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Refunds

Because of the hygienic nature of hair extensions, refunds are only available on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
To qualify, you must request a return within 14 days of delivery.

If your return is approved and the product is received in its original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Opened or worn hair extensions

  • Custom-made or final sale items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Refund Process

  1. Email info@luxlox.ie with your order number and reason for refund.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. After your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll happily replace or correct the issue at no additional cost.
