Production Time

Our custom extensions are produced as the orders are received.
Our production time is about 14 to 20 days from the time the order is placed.
We would advise to place your custom orders at least 3 weeks before the expected installation date. This would allow adequate time for our production process, and for the hair package to be shipped and received.

How to Submit an Order

Please enter all of the options of your custom order in the drop down menu selection.
This should include:
1. Length
2. Weight
3. Colour Blends
Colour selection details can be described in your order notes. Include any details of colour, root, root length, and balayage.
Example: 3 inch root of colour 1A, balayage of colours 4 and 8 to the ends
