We aim to get your new hair to you as quickly and safely as possible! Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic (IE): 3–7 business days

• International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or carrier issues beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you can track your package using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@luxlox.ie. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. These are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient.
