Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your new hair! Please review our returns and exchanges policy below before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact our team at info@luxlox.ie with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send it back.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items that meet our return conditions for a different color, length, or texture (subject to availability). Shipping costs for exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any hair extensions that have been:

  • Worn, opened, or altered from their original condition
  • Removed from their sealed packaging

Custom or final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
